I love the craftmenship, the technique, the estethics and the artistic of photography! I love photographing, it’s giving me the greatest pleasure and joy! Especially when a two-dimensional picture opens up a multidimensional world, tells a whole story.

Family and friendship ties inspire and fascinate me. What is the connection and how can it be shown. I love searching for and endeavering how the unseen can be seen and shown.

My style of photographing is natural and subtle. I see beauty in the most commonest things and I’m passionate to share the beauty of each and everyone, whether young or old, tall or small, in any way!

With her keen eye, Monique Rossen is a fine photographer. The depth is visible, while some of her observations are invisible, at first glance. If one were to stare long enough at Monique’s works, one would say that nothing has escaped her watchful eye. She uses the lens with dexterity, as an extension of her inner eye.

What I love about her works is that she presses the trigger at just the right moment, encapsulating a moment in time- that then seems to emit a light and movement of its own. The real test of a good photograph is that one wishes to return to it time and again and either try and grasp what the photographer was trying to portray or just for its quality and expression. Monique manages both. An ace photographer by any means.
